“ Highly recommend. Extended review below: We came in on a Saturday evening without a reservation, and the place was packed. With an hour-long wait and our toddler in tow, we weren’t sure if we could make it work. As my wife and I debated whether to stay, basically loitering around the bar area, a staff member approached us to see if he could help. We later found out he was the manager, David, and his hospitality was nothing short of outstanding! After listening to our situation, David didn’t just sympathize—he took action. He stepped away for a moment, and when he returned, he was carrying an outdoor table, which he set up right in the middle of the dining room to make space for us. He never introduced himself as the manager or made a show of it—I had to ask the staff who he was. He simply saw a problem and went out of his way to solve it. This level of service is rare, and we didn’t expect it. But thanks to David’s quick thinking and genuine care for his guests, what could have been a disappointing night turned into a fantastic dining experience. My family and I were blown away by his kindness, and we’re incredibly appreciative. Great job, David, and great job, Inzo Italian Kitchen! ”

“ We had a wonderful experience at Inzo Italian Kitchen couple of weeks back. The food was awesome, the service was great and the overall experience was satisfactory. Apologize for forgetting her name, but our attendant was a great lady who handled the service very well, extra points for her. The atmosphere of the Roanoke oak street is anyway good all the time and Inzo is a nice part of it. We wanted to dine outside but the weather wasn’t that comfortable for the same and also we had a baby with us. Coming to the food, the Chicken Marsala was the best of them all and clearly their highlight item out of all the dishes we ordered. Everything else that we ordered was good too. So obviously this stood out as a 5 star evening for us and we will definitely be back as I am a resident of Roanoke.
